Do you find your mobility is limited? Are you stiff and have sore muscles plaguing you? Is working at a desk or from home, sitting or doing repetitive tasks, having a toll on your posture?

Try a mobility session where I teach you myofascial release techniques like how to foam roll and use trigger point balls to release tension, alleviate muscle soreness and improve your range of motion. I also use manual mobility tools such as hand-held rollers and a massage gun to help you move and feel your best.

In addition, I help you improve your mobility and range of motion by using assisted stretching, showing you stretches you can do on your own at home and by incorporating helpful yoga poses that will target your most problematic areas and improve your posture!
